ASCIA Nurses' Meetings and Professional Development

ASCIA Annual Conference

Registrations for the ASCIA 2025 Conference will open in May 2025 at https://ascia2025.com/

The ASCIA 2025 Conference in Brisbane will include meetings that are specific to nurses:

• ASCIA 2025 Allergy Update Day for Nurses on Friday 5th September. This is in addition to the allergy sessions in the main program on Wednesday and Thurday.
• ASCIA 2025 Immunodeficiency Update Day for Nurses on Thursday 54^h September. This is in addition to the main program on Friday 5^th September being dedicated to immunodeficiency, autoimmunity and autoinflammatory disorders.

In addition, ASCIA Associate (Nurse) members are invited to regular ASCIA Nurses Zoom meetings.

ASCIA Nurses' Areas of Interest 

There are two broad areas of interest for ASCIA Associate (Nurse) members:

• NURSES (Allergy): 2^nd Wednesday every 2 months - Chaired by Jan Belcher
• NURSES (Immunodeficiency): 4^th Wednesday of each month 8.30am AWST - Chaired by Rachael Dunn

Since 2020, regular Zoom meetings are held to enhance communication between nurses who are ASCIA Associate members, and  provide opportunities for online discussions about current issues regarding allergy and clinical immunology.
