The ASCIA primary immunodeficiency (PID) e-training for health professionals (HP) course takes approximately two hours to complete and has been developed for health professionals, including medical practitioners and nurses.  

The main objectives of this course are to:

• Increase awareness of primary immunodeficiencies (PID), also known as inborn errors of immunity (IEI), amongst general practitioners, paediatricians, physicians and nurses.
• Promote early recognition and referral of patients with suspected PID/IEI to a clinical immunologist, to improve the diagnosis, management and health related quality of life for patients with PID/IEI in Australia and New Zealand. 

The ASCIA Immunoglobulin Replacement Therapy (IRT) e-training for health professionals (HP) course takes approximately 60 minutes to complete.

This course is suitable for healthcare professionals who manage and support patients who have antibody deficiencies that require immunoglobulin replacement therapy (IRT).
